- It's 100 ml of Vanilla ice cream.

- Put the Oreos in a plastic bag.
- Now squash the Oreos with a wooden spoon until they are all broken.
- Put the ice cream into a mug.
- Put the squashed Oreo into the mug on top of the ice cream.
- Know put it in to the micro wave for 10 seconds on very low heat.
- Now put it into the freezer for 10 minutes.
- Get it out of the freezer and dig in :).
