- You need 1 of Ice cream of your choice.
- You need 1 of parchment paper.
Cookie Dough Ice Cream Sandwiches step by step
- Line a cake pan with parchment paper.
- Use a roller to flatten cookie dough and lay it across the bottom.
- Spread ice cream as next layer.
- Flatten more cookie dough and layer it on top of the ice cream.
- Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
- Take out of the freezer and pull it out of the pan using parchment paper.
- Cut - Enjoy!.
- I stored mine in ziploc bags in the freezer after cut so they did not get freezer burn.
