- You need 1/2 cup of Chopped Yellow Squash.
- You need 1/2 cup of Chopped Zucchini.
- You need 2/3 cup of Chopped Mushrooms.

- It's 1 lb of Ground Beef.

Chellie Mac's Awesome Lasagna step by step
- Preheat oven to 400°..
- Finely chop yellow squash, zucchini and mushrooms..
- Boil lasagna noodles. Drain..
- Brown Ground beef. Drain.
- In medium saucepan combine spaghetti sauce chopped zucchini, yellow squash, and mushrooms. Be sure to leave behind enough sauce for the bottom of the pan. Add salt and pepper to taste. ( I use Prego traditional spaghetti sauce, Toni Chachere's Creole seasoning, and McCormicks Perfect Pinch Italian).
- In 12" x 9" pan pour light coat of spaghetti sauce in bottom of pan as a base. Lay lasagna in sauce, layer spaghetti sauce mixture over lasagna. Coat in cheese. Repeat twice. At top of lasagna add 5 cheese blend, Romano and Parmesan Cheese..
- Bake for approximately 30 mins. Or until top is golden brown..
